This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) within our online offering and the associated websites, functions and content, as well as external online presences, such as our social media profiles (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “online offering”). The legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.  
The legal basis for processing for the performance of our services and contractual measures as well as responding to inquiries is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.  
The legal basis for processing to fulfill legal obligations is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.  
The legal basis for processing to safeguard our legitimate interests is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Changes and Updates to the Privacy Policy

We ask you to regularly inform yourself about the content of our privacy policy. We adapt the privacy policy as soon as changes in the data processing carried out by us make this necessary.

4. Security Measures

4.1. In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk.  
4.2. These security measures include in particular the encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our server.

5. Disclosure and Transfer of Data

5.1. We only transfer data if this is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations or if there is a legal obligation.  
5.2. If we commission third parties to process data, this is done on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

6.1. You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and to receive information about this data and a copy thereof in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR.  
6.2. You have the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 16, 17 and 18 GDPR.  
6.3. You have the right to data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.  
6.4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

7. Right of Objection

You may object to the future processing of your personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
