Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.  
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PrintBoyz – Körmer, Oygün & Hoti GbR, Industriestraße 19, 90441 Nuremberg, Germany, Email: info@printboyz.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract is received by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse to reimburse until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

For the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.  
For the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.  
For the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader.  
For the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.  
For the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.  
For the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
