1. Scope of Application

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between PrintBoyz – Körmer, Oygün & Hoti GbR, Industriestraße 19, 90441 Nuremberg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) in their version valid at the time of the order.  
1.2. Our customer service for questions, complaints and claims is available on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. via email at info@printboyz.de.  
1.3. A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).  
1.4. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity.

2. Offers and Service Descriptions

The presentation of the products in the online shop at www.printboyz.de does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. All offers are valid “while supplies last”. Errors are excepted.

3. Order Process and Contract Conclusion

3.1. The Customer can select products without obligation and collect them in a virtual shopping cart using the [Add to cart] button. The Customer can then proceed to the checkout process using the [Proceed to checkout] button.  
3.2. By clicking the [Place order with obligation to pay] button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer. A purchase contract is only concluded upon shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

4.1. All prices are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation) and do not include VAT.  
4.2. Shipping costs are charged additionally and are displayed during the order process.

5. Delivery and Product Availability

5.1. Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.  
5.2. If the delivery fails despite several delivery attempts, the Seller may withdraw from the contract.  
5.3. If a product is not available, the Customer will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. The Customer may choose from the payment methods offered in the online shop.  
6.2. If payment by invoice is available, it must be settled within 30 days.  
6.3. In the event of late payment, default interest will be charged.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty for Defects and Guarantee

8.1. Warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.  
8.2. A guarantee only exists if it has been expressly granted.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Exclusion

9.1. Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB.  
9.2. The right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB for contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.  
9.3. Products manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. by selecting a color or an individual design) are excluded from return.  
9.4. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal is clearly stated in the withdrawal policy and must be acknowledged by the Customer before completing the order.

10. Liability

10.1. The Seller is liable without limitation in the event of intent and gross negligence.  
10.2. In the case of slight negligence, the Seller is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.  
10.3. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

11. Storage of the Contract Text

11.1. The Customer can print out the GTC before submitting the order.  
11.2. The Seller sends the order confirmation to the Customer by email.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Seller, provided the Customer is a merchant.  
12.2. The contract language is German and English, depending on the selected shop language.

12.4. The Seller does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
